Annual Secondary Transition Forum
Purpose: To provide an opportunity for DC transition-aged youth with disabilities to (1) explore artistic and creative ways to express their unique strengths, needs, and goals; (2) to meet youth leaders who can explain post-secondary paths ways to work, education, and independent living; and (3) get helpful information about community-based support services.
Who it serves: DC middle or high school students with an IEP, 504 plan, or disability
